A stay at First Residence Hotel places you in the heart of Chukai, within a 15-minute walk of Central Point Kemaman Mall and Sultan Ahmad Mosque.
"Terrible. No one at the reception and we have to wait for more then 15mins before get into our room. The hotel a bit dull and the smell is terrible like an old building. Poor cleanliness. You can see dust from the fan ventilation inside toilet"
