Hosts very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfasts. Room little chilly but comfortable.
Tempremental toilet.
Good free parking
Quiet and peaceful
View of harbour.
Lots of interesting places within driving distance (not much within walking distance 😉)
We came at the last minute for a funeral, and was delighted to have found this place nearby. The owner accomodated our early arrival so that we had time to change and go to the funeral mass. The location is amazing, the service and attention was amazing, and we would definitely stay there again. :)
Very nice place to stay. Overlooking the river and very quiet. Breakfast was cooked just like my wife likes. Not many good places to sit and have dinner. Plenty of things to do in the area.
Bunbeg House is a beautifully place to stay the owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was extremely spacious, very clean with lovely views over the water.
Property was great, however we were under the impression that on-site restaurant and bar were open, they weren’t. Not much of anything in the area was open. I understand that things can affect business hours, but please indicate that on your website.
Friendly staff, situated in the beautiful and rugged Donegal coast. Good, hearty breakfast.

relax at the pier in this friendly guesthouse
nice guesthouse/bed and breakfast right on the pier, great location for travelling around west Donegal, very friendly and helpful staff. the beach is 5 mins away by car and 10 mins drive to Carrickfinn Airport that serves Dublin Airport.
the rooms are a little dated but clean and the bed is comfortable
Get a warm welcome. Rooms are lovely, and a lovely breakfast. I got a taxi to a restaurant nearby, Sean Og, for dinner, lovely food and friendly staff.
Our hosts were excellent. They were friendly and helpful. Location was tranquil and secluded by the small harbour, with ample parking. My small dog was permitted to come to the bedroom with us and to stay in the bar area at breakfast, making life much easier. The surrounding area was stunning, with incredible sandy beaches with very few people. We spent a splendid time at Bunbeg House and enjoyed using it as a base for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. The highlight for my friend - almost - was hearing a cuckoo early one morning!
