I appreciated the staff, all interactions were pleasant. The bed was aweful, I am so sore after two nights. The property is dayed,which is fine, however a bit more attention to comforts could be helpful. For instance a couple wayers in rooms to combat the dry air would be a small but thoughtful improvement. The cost of the rooms is high compared to the overall quality.

Good for a night
Very basic room, served our purposes! Only there for one night so it was all good. Had to ask how to work the shower though. Walking distance to Target, Barnes and Noble and Trader Jo's, as well as IHOP and Applebee's so it was perfect for us!

The bathroom door needed replaced in our room, damaged and did not close properly. Sink drained slowly. Hallways and stairs dirty. The pluses were comfortable beds, bright white (clean) sheets and decent towels. No odd odors.

The room was very comfortable. Room itself was clean. Only complaint was the upholstered chair was so filthy I didn't dare sit in it. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was friendly.

As we walked in through the backside of the building to our room , we noticed a major change in appearance from the front lobby. There were druggies in my opinion that stay in these motels and use them as living quarters in which I’m not paying that much money for a run down place to stay. And the pictures are taken and posted online are always of the best area in the hotel, which was the pool and the front lobby. I should have looked at the room picture and little closer as they are majorly dated and they smell terribly… beds are hard as a rock .. We walked right back out of our room and down to the lobby and got a refund at least on the other three nights that we had booked. Then we moved on down the road to a different hotel. advice to this hotel would be to put your attention into updating the rooms to the point where when the guest stay in these rooms, your clothes don’t smell like 10 year old musty basement when they walk out of it. I wish they would’ve refunded our $200 for the night. We never stayed in but at least we got our other three nights back.

Seedy but not dangerous
Utilitarian stop over for the night before an early flight. A bit run down but served its purpose. On the seedy side and had a couple of broke down cars in the back parking lot that looked like it hadn’t been moved in a long time. Plus there were several guys working on a different car. It was quiet.

The hall rugs were filthy. The room smelt moldy. The room doors were dirty. Old and run down. Walls are paper thin.l The chairs and bathroom walls had stains. The tv worked and it had a convenient location.

Beds are new and extremely comfortable. Staff friendly, very helpful and kind. Decent breakfast with good coffee, eggs, yogourt, bagels, waffles, fruit etc. Very quiet room. Can't complain about anything. Well priced.
