**NEW**
This is a unique, newly renovated traditional stone house in the tiny village of Burnand, situated in the heart of the Southern Burgundy countryside.
A stone's throw from the stunning Chateau de Burnand, this perfectly formed residence will have you captivated with it's spectacular location in this peaceful environment and will leave you with wonderful memories of the calm and serenity it provides.
With wine tasting nearby, country walks and cycling routes, the possibilities are endless!

Access to the house is via the original stone staircase and front balcony where a table and chairs are provided for al fresco eating.
Stepping through the front door, you enter a thoughtfully designed open-plan kitchen/living room with dining table and a stylish wood burning stove.
At the end of the room, a sofa and television are provided for your comfort and entertainment.
In the corner, a hand-made wooden staircase takes you up into the sleeping quarters, where a double bedroom with walk-in shower and separate WC await.

The property is provided with all linen and towels free of charge.

If heating is required, there is a large wood burning stove in the living room capable of heating the entire house and some logs are provided free of charge. There is also an electric radiator in each room if needed and 20kwh of electricity is included each day. In the unlikely event that guests exceed this limit, the extra will be charged at cost price at the end of the stay.
Make yourself comfortable in this cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a dryer.
