"Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too."

Convenient, Close, Efficient
"Property was convenient. It had everything we needed for our business trip.. but it needs some cosmetic updates inside. there is alot of pealing paint and ceiling stucco falling. Short of the cosmetic issues... the owner was highly responsive and answered all questions as they came up. Would stay ..."

Poor experience
"House was poor overall. Check in was very late, apparently due to poor conditions from previous stay. Wasn’t clean when we did get in, floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Poor value overall as the price is very high relative to the quality. We stayed in a much nicer house in Bella vista later in the trip ..."
