We group of 3 people (my wife, brother and I) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. From the very beginning we loved the lobby design that looks better than the online pictures. Caring staff immediately took our bags and asked us to relax in lobby area and they offered us tea, and wait for our chekin and room keys. Then our wonderful expectations started to fall down. Tea was not brought, then we have been accused that we paid only for two people, and needed to pay extra for another person (our reservation clearly says that we paid for three Adults, one triple room with one double and one single bed). We were told that the general manager will come to us, and we waited for more than 25 mins and he did not showed up, we had to look for him ourselves. Then we were given a room with three single beds, and then given another room with connect two single bed and single matrases, that is simply unacceptable, then the next room was a proper bed, but the lamps and the telephone did not work. In the end we had a normal room, but it took us at least 4 hours at the fact that we were very hungry from a long road. During our holiday sauna did not work. It features as all-inclusive hotel only until 11.00 pm. Food quite tasty and varied.
