Beautiful room, modern. We liked the sink area being seperate from toilet & shower. Made getting ready quicker. Rooftop pool and spa was beautiful. Great location, close to so many restaurants, the market and of course across road from beach.

Fantastic hotel!

Friendly staff. Very tidy, quiet and spacious room. I had a room with a sea view which was lovely! Also great location. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The service here was the worst I’ve ever had!

When me and my friend arrived at the hotel we loved the look and the location of it! However once we saw the room and it had a single double instead of 2 beds which we requested we went back to the desk assuming it was a simple mistake. The lady at the desk told us they had no more rooms at all that day and what we wanted was just a want not a need which was crazy! Thankfully we contacted hotels.com who called in and rightfully complained. The lady then called us down and said I heard you want to change rooms, gave us a new room ( which was the one we booked anyway) with no apology and was quite curt about it. I think the thing that bothered me the most was her lying about not having the room when they did have it ( and it was what we booked) and the fact we had to stay in the hotel for 1 hour until the room mess was sorted. Her attitude was terrible sorry to say. We saw another family go through the same thing who booked a large room with 2 beds and ended up in a single room. They deffo had space in other rooms. Not sure why the hotel service lied to their customers, but I would never book L7 or lotte again.

What is not to like here. Clean, nice looking and feeling rooms that are feature packed. Beautiful aesthetics. Cozy lobby. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Beach views. 7-11 on the first floor!!! Walkable location to all the awesome things to do in Haeundae.

해운대 가성비 최고 호텔

해운대 바다 바로 앞이면 많이 시끄러웠을텐데 한블럭 뒤라 오히려 좋았어요. 주차장도넓고 하루 5000원이라 저렴했구요. 방음도 잘되서 잠도 편히 잘잤어요. 샤워실 화장실 분리 되어 있어서 사용하기 편했어요~~
