Very close to the beach for watching sunrise. Waking distance to Haeundae station. Construction noise from 6am to 6pm but wasn’t affected us enjoying ours breakfast every morning.

Nice place to stay, it was easy to check in with friendly staffs, easily walkable to many locations nearby, but we were disappointed that the laundry washer was not useable and the infinity pool was deceiving.

Very modern, new property but still working through kinks. Plumbing leak that did not affect our stay. Everything seems to be a la carte. Extra cost for pool, workout room, and even for garbage disposal. Yup, garbage disposal. You have to take your garbage to a basement sorting area in order to avoid an additional charge. I applaude the Green Effort but charging customers for garbage disposal at a hotel is a new one for me. Very modern lighting, AC, Heating controls had the default setting when we checked-in heating the floors while we were trying to cool off the property. The property is beautiful, new, and very, very large.

Hotel initially did not provide bath towel but did so after we asked - it appears that there’s a charge for them (though they waived it for us). That was not indicated when we booked the room. For travelers from out of the country, that is not acceptable to not provide towel service. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay at the property.

Incorrect room size, many inconveniences
The biggest issue was that the room was listed at 550+ square feet when we booked. It is now updated to 280 square feet but we only booked it because it was supposed to be a much larger room. We definitely got bait and switch scammed. Additional inconveniences: - Air conditioning remote ran out of battery so we could not turn off the AC. - They only provided hand towels, bath towels were not given - They did not give us clean towels in the morning like they said they would - We had to remove our trash from the room Besides that the room was pretty new and clean. Location is good too. Still would not recommend, nearby hotels would be less of a headache to stay at.

This place is still under construction in some areas. The photos are deceiving. Room was actually smaller than shown. No room service. No bath towels. The washer in the room is not available for use. Very ikea…airbnb look so please be aware when booking.

The upgrade we got was marvelous and the view was amazing from the 30th floor... one thing to keep in mind though is to wear a bathing suit if you go in the bath on the veranda as others can see you. The building is very new and modern. Another thing to keep in mind for high season, the elevator you might have to wait a bit espcially check out. You won't be disappointed staying here!

We reserved a room that was shown as 950 square feet. Also, the photos on Expedia were showing something that was equivalent to the stated square footage. What we got was a room that was less than 400 square feet. A classic bait and switch. Avoid these people.

New and modern, spacious condominium style. Gym and swimming pool together is $32 per person, not separated. Check in can be a struggle if you can’t receive text (foreigners with data plan only on their phone). You can go to 3rd floor to their front desk but there was nothing on the first floor so I had to ask a few people about it.

I reserved two luxury family rooms, including a bed and a futon. Instead, We got two tiny rooms with one bed. When I told them this was not what I paid for, they had to check it (it took a few hours ), and they told me Expedia made a mistake and that I needed to call them. I asked them to contact Expedia with me on the call. They refused, but they agreed to call Expedia themselves. Our group included 3 Americans and one Korean; I (the 50-year-old American) made and paid for the reservation; however, they just contacted the 20-year-old Korean in the group, which made the situation more challenging. Late afternoon, they offered her that we all share a two-bedroom apartment that they have in the building—something that we could not do for a few reasons. One of the group members was sick. We did not know each other to the level that we could share an apartment. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, including multiple phone calls and an email, I have not received a response from their When the Korean woman from our group, who they did respond to, inquired about a refund, their response was far from satisfactory. They essentially gave us an ultimatum: Either stay in our current rooms, move to the offered apartment, or leave. This was particularly challenging as it was late afternoon and finding alternative accommodation was not feasible. This building is still under renovation. At 6:50 a.m., someone was drilling next door. The path from the elevator to the room is dusty.

해운대 바닷가도 가깝고 해운대역에서 도보로 금방이라서 이동하기도 편해요. 커피머신에 작은 주방이 있어 간단히 음식 데워서 먹기도 편하고 가성비도 아주 좋아 만족합니다. 깨끗한 침구에 방음도 잘 되어 숙면하기도 좋아요. 38층 인피니티풀은 바다뷰가 너무 예뻐서 호캉스도 되고 다음 부산 방문에도 예약할겁니다.
