Since the COVID-19 epidemic, we have ensured the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation by following the recommendations of the official website of the health measures taken by the government. Late arrivals and late departures are possible for an additional fee. When you arrive you will find the minimum necessary: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, detergent, and sponges. Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included.
Bed and bathroom linen are included in the price.
A mandatory intermediate cleaning package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the accommodation must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it. upon arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash thrown away, etc.)
If the accommodation is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent to clean the house. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by SMS or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s).
