This Yallingup Holiday Home is an entertainers delight, the open-plan living area has big north-facing windows that make the most of views across the lawn to nearby paddocks, a large freshwater dam and big open skies.
The deck area includes two large outdoor dining setting complete with BBQ, great for entertaining or just chilling and enjoying the view.

Lillywood comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is huge and is the perfect private retreat with Queen size bed, walk in robe and large ensuite. Two other bedrooms have double beds and one room has set of 2 singles. Lilywood's kitchen comes straight out of a magazine, cooks will love it! Fully equipped with high quality European Miele appliances including gas cooktop, convection microwave and all the gadgets to cook up a gastronomic feast.

A generous computer nook out of sight behind the kitchen area, plus a separate theatre room, will keep the kids entertained that is, when they're not out exploring, playing on the lawn or being sent off to fetch a loaf of hot bread from the nearby Yallingup Woodfired Bakery. There are plenty of family board games and books to choose from to relax and enjoy and many large open spaces for a family cricket or footy match. Your comfort is assured in this property with ducted air conditioning throughout, In the winter months, a slow-combustion wood heater in the living warms throughout.

Yallingup beach is one of Australia's original surfing towns and most recently been named Australia's best town! Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you'll also find shortboarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool!
If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.
With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
