It was dark and dirty. We walked in and it was like a sauna as they had the heat to 90F. There were not towels. I had to go to the desk because the phone was out of order. The clients were noisy and the staff didn't seem to care.

It was a good place to stay, the fitness area was under renovation so as someone who wants to get a little exercise in it was a bit of a bummer but overall still pretty good.

Upon check-in, a thing that stood out to me was the front desk attendant was wearing a black baggy hoodie with skeletons on it. There was zero professionalism to her commutation either. Few words were spoken, I basically had to initiate each sentence and then when I said thank you, her response was ‘yah’. So maybe this individual was preparing the week in advance for Halloween but I kind of doubt it. The hotel itself was pretty dirty and old but it appeared they were attempting some renovations on the main floor. The bed itself appeared to be clean so it allowed me to get a couple hours of sleep. It seemed like housekeeping was doing as good of a job they can with what they are given. It was very noisy in the room, it seemed like there were people up talking and walking in the hallways all night. It was to the point where I was sick of everything in this hotel so I just woke up at 2:30 AM and started driving again. The man that checked me out in the night was friendly though at least. So my opinion is the hotel isn’t cheap enough for what it is. It is a way better choice to spend the little extra to go to another hotel right now.

Good value for the money. Hotel is located just off the highway, I-90 & was suitable for a short-term stay. The staff was friendly & willing to help & provide recommendations for dining, etc.

Middle quality. Not 5 star but not a two star
Room was great for the price. Allows dogs. WiFi is shaky and cable sucked. Front desk lady was very monotone but the morning guy was cheerful. Big Pool but no hot tub. They do have a bar and casino and a decent breakfast I would stay again. Thank you

No Soundproofing in rooms!!!
Our checkin was fine, reception agent was nice. Our room looked ok at first glance however it was a very uncomfortable bed and the rooms are completely noisy, we heard the icemaker all night and we could hear the next rooms guests talking ( almost able to understand their conversation it was so loud) . You could also hear people in a car outside all night , they went out to smoke every 3 hours so we were wakened all night. Breakfast was fair and tasty, basic but nice.

The price was right, but everything else was wrong
The price was right, but everything else was wrong. There was garbage in the trash can and the room wreaked of cigarettes. Upon later investigation the room window was open, I tried to assume the smell came from people outside. When leaving for dinner the room next to us had some woman talking through the window and sharing what appeared to be a cigar through the open window. They preceded to enjoy one another’s company until 4:30 am. With that being said walls are thin and a lot can be heard. The room was also on the corner by the stairs, and I believe below maintenance/supply room because we could hear cupboards slamming at all hours of the night. Food was mediocre but service was great. All front desk agents were amazing, kind and efficient.
