Reception was very helpful and accomodating. Parking En-Batterie right outside Hotel was free. The "Reserved for Hotel" spots ARE NOT! Breakfast was basic but fine for included. Attached restaurant gets good reviews and always busy, but we only had the included breakfast. Good location, short walk to the best of Aranjuez.

If it wouldn't be very friendly staff, I'd give it one star. Leaking shower dripping all day and night, shower tray need a bit of silicone to stop puddles to appear in the bathroom, flickering lights in the bathroom, all that is nothing compared how noisy it is. It literally feels like you sleeping outside. Whilst it's a very busy street that stays up till 1pm, than you have all the rest of madness going on there, like bikers, drunken people and rubbish collection (yes that's done overnight) Breakfast included?... Well you'll get toast with jam or tomato paste with coffee or hot chocolate and orange juice, that's all! Parking is available for extra charge (if you lucky to find space) or for free further away. It's one of them "never again" hotels.

Buena opcion en Aranjuez, el estacionamiento es en la calle y debido a la cantidad de visitantes a veces es complicado encontrar un puesto de estacionamiento. Del resto el Hostal es muy bueno.

The reception staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is very convenient to the sites. Overall: very good value. Better signage would make it a little easier to find for those arriving in the evening. Parking was a bit of a challenge.

Just a few minutes from the Palacio Real de Aranjuez. 18 minute walk from the train station. I just stayed one night, hotel provided the basics that I needed. Restaurant attached to the property was ok, breakfast included was enough to start my day.

The Hostal was 1st class, but we would never eat in the restaurant again, there were 4 of us, two of us had a bad meal and 2 ordered paella which never came, the waiter forgot it. Had to go somewhere else for food. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

No es un lugar adecuado para descansar. Nuestra familia (dos adultos y dos menores) se alojó en una habitación del segundo piso, la 209, un martes de junio. El hostal está encima de un bar restaurante y hasta la 1 y media de la madrugada llegaban nítidas las conversaciones desde abajo de las personas que aún estaban en la terraza del restaurante. A las dos y media aproximadamente llegaron a la habitación contigua a la nuestra varias personas que charlaban y hacían ruido sin ningún tipo de cuidado por la hora. Llamé a recepción para quejarme y los ruidos continuaron durante un rato. A partir de las seis de la mañana una pareja se puso a discutir a voces en su habitación, cercana a la nuestra. Llamamos a recepción y hasta tuvo que intervenir la policía. En definitiva, una nefasta experiencia. Nulo descanso. No hay suficiente aislamiento en las habitaciones, tanto hacia la calle ( se oían claramente cualquier ruido que provenía de la avenida), como entre habitaciones ( la separación con la contigua era un simple panel, que parecía contrachapado). Parece que no advierten a los clientes sobre el descanso de los demás (o son tolerantes hacia las personas que entran a cualquier hora con bebidas a su habitación y se ponen a charlar con total tranquilidad y a hacer todo tipo de ruidos). Podría ser un incidente aislado lo de la pareja que discutía a voces, pero duró más de una hora y todo se saldó hacía nosotros con una leve disculpa, sin preocuparse por nuestro descanso. Nefasto
