Cleaned every day, very comfy beds, air conditioning and wi-if works great. Suit also has great view. The shower does not seem to work properly as hot water and cold water rotate automatically and u can not really control it. We managed to take shower so not a biggie. Overall is great experience.

This is not a hotel. It is a time shared building with some of the units rented out. From what we could see most of the units were extremely bare, for instance, all the lights in our unit were a single lightbulb in the centre of each room, no bed lampsno standing lamps in the living area. There was one picture on a wall in the entire place Three frying pans, milf pots to cook in no dish towels no stoppers for the sinks. It’s sort of like going camping in an unoccupied building. no standing lamps in the living area. The room had a nice view however, the sliding balcony door was broken, the AC in the main room would not change temperature and was cold all night long. One of the toilets had a faulty lever and would not flush completely. I think a little more maintenance would make this place a little nicer experience.

Amazing view and lots of space
We stayed at Sunrock for 3 nights and I got the place mostly for the advertised view and the space. They both delivered. The view of the rocks and the arch is breathtaking. The place is more like an apartment and very spacious. 2 bathrooms, great parking and close to everything. It may not be a full service resort but I am more of an explore kind of person so I did not need none of that.

The view was as advertised. The hotel was not. I rented it for my adult children for four nights. During the stay, they never had hot water and toilets did not flush for the majority of time. Requested help multiple times. I was the first to call and maintenance did come, but it did not solve the problem. I believe there are some updated rooms. This was not one of them. I was refunded one night stay by Gabriel at the front desk. If our kids had not had a shower and bathroom available at the near by condo we were in, it would have been more of a disaster. Would not stay again.

I love staying at the Sunrock!
The Sunrock is a very nice hotel! It is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I have been staying at the Sunrock for many years and they never fail to please, from the hotel manager to the security guards everyone is always looking to help you when help is needed!
