My room had a funky odor. The carpet looked as if it desperately needed to be cleaned. There was always a sign at the front desk ā€œwill be back soonā€

Place was deplorable. Staff were incapable of fixing the issue if i could insert images i would. Bed was covered in blood splatters huge stains, crumbs long hairs. Floor was filthy. Phone didn't work and was caked in something sticky. Couch was completely peeled. Carpet was filthy and room smelled. Due to this i had to leave to another hotel. And they told me i could ask expedia for the refund. Then when i requested it they told me no. By far the worst experience ive ever had.

The property itself was okay, however, the complimentary breakfast is bogus, coffee machine was broken and their breakfast is a granola bar or a muffin. The bare minimum is to provide coffee. The room was clean, had a kitchen and a full size refrigerator.

There were too many times no one was at the front desk to help when needed. No one cleaned the room. No trash cans in the room. Overall just very disappointed.

Parking felt safe. Staff was a bit harsh in order to get fresh towels we had to bring the dirty ones down ourselves. Breakfast was a bit deceiving. Many moments there was no one at the front desk there was always a sign be back in a few minutes and if you dialed zero to let them know you were waiting you still had to wait. The front desk should always have someone who can give you recommendations for food directions etc.The cleanliness and space of the room was excellent. Not bad for the amount of days we stayed. I would stay again if needed too

It was the worst stay I've ever had!! There were fleas in the room. Then when I asked for a coffee cup to get some coffee at 5:45am as there was nothing set out. I was met with vile hostility. When i complained to the manager he spit at me, yelled in my face and threatened me with violence and then canceled my stay yet refused me a refund. I will be in touch with expedia to get a refund

Stinky, knat infested room

I will never recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk ladies were very passive aggressive. They showed visually irritation with customers checking and you could just tell they just didn't want to be there. There was no restroom in the lobby area for customers who were checking and when asked if there was one I was told not for the public only employees you have to wait till you get checked in. The room smelled!! There was a very very strong body odor that lingered in the room. The reclined that was in the room was worn, old and visible signs of wear. The bathroom had knats the flew out of the drain when I turned the water on. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! The bedding had an over pungent smell of Clorox and that made my nose burn. I didn't get much sleep at all, due to the odors and the feel of the bed. Glade to only have been there 1night!!!!

I thought the room was pretty nice. Pretty much a full kitchen. The air was moist and musty though. The sheets and pillows seemed clean as well as the rest of the room. The air conditioning worked well. Outside the room, people were leaving their full trash bags in the hallway and it wasnā€™t picked up by anybody for over 12 hours. The garbage outside the front lobby was overflowing pretty much everyday. Overall, not bad for the price. Iā€™d stay there again

We were in town for Basic Training Graduation so the hotel wasn't too far from Fort Sill. I also liked that the property had a kitchen so I could prepare meals which made it feel like home. One downside is there wasn't a coffee pot in the room and I also noticed that my room didn't have the lounge chair that I noticed in another room.
