Tenants above my room were unbearably noisy early in the morning and late in the evening. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly.

On the pedestrian mall, so always has foot traffic and occasionally noisy outside. Staff tries to please. Facilties are in good order. Not a traditional hotel with gathering/seating area in lobby. Instead, it's essentially rooms to let. Spacious and high ceilings.

This place is perfect! Great location in Cagliari, host is super responsive, gave great recommendations and instructions on parking before arrival. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious. We were lucky enough to find parking on a nearby street without paying.

Historic building in close proximity to the city centre shops, restaurants and museums. High ceilings, lots of character. Light and bright entrance hallway to the apartments. However, shower sealant was black and the room was dusty. No protectors on mattress or pillows means slightly grubby pillows on show. Room had coffee making facilities but they charge for it which was surprising. Easy fixes but let them down compared to other Cagliari rooms.

Very central location, with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom a very good size - the room overall was very good! Given it’s on the pricier side and marketed as a “boutique” hotel, I think the bathroom needs some TLC, and there could be a better check-in service/ clearer instructions - there was nobody there when we arrived and had to ring to get the codes to be able to enter. However staff were super friendly and helpful, and would stay again!

Valentina was wonderful in telling us where to go and what we can do while in Cagliari! We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint would be the noise in the evening as the Main Street can get quite busy but it calms down around 11pm.

Central Boutique Style
The rooms are set in an old charming building right in the heart of the City and close to everything. Parking is a bit of a trek but at Euro 6 for 24 hours in a safe proper carpark its no biggie. The room was lovey with a huge chandelier clean and sheets changed every other day which was a great touch. Andreas was very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Only slight compliant were the pillow which were too soft and flat but Andreas provided extra co no problem really! There is a lift so accessibly not an issue. The location is handy for everything and the bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Can get a bit noisy but that's Mediterranean life style and part of the charm. Had a great time there and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Cagliari

We liked the room, but had booked a luxury suite and we were given a double room, not what we paid for. After complaining, they admitted their mistake apologised and gave a refund. But basically we were disappointed not getting our choice and had wanted the suite for comfort. They have a small number of rooms, it can't be too difficult to not over book, also we felt why had we been given the double? We were there early enough.
