All hot water is heated by solar power. And we use only solar power to heat and cool the house.

Our main objective is to let our clients experience low carbon footprint living while holidaying, we hope that the experience is enjoyable and sincerely hope that, our clients continuing the practices of “Green Living” in their daily lives.
what do we do different to others:
1. We are 100% Solar: We produce all our power from the sun during the day, and store it in in the batteries, so that we could use them in the evening. This is a cost-effective way to eliminate a large amount of carbon emission 7000kg/ year per house.
2. We use only solar power to heat and cool the house.
3. All hot water is heated by solar power.
4. We minimize our waste and recycle as much as we can.
5. All our garden is made of edible plants only.
6. We have very good access to public transport- But to and from town every 5- 10 min- Bus-stop is only 5 min walk from our entrance.
7 .Restaurants/ supermarkets / bottle store all are within walking distance.
By following the above: Green Practices- GP we will be saving 15,000 kg carbon from escaping into the environment.
To achieve this goal, we as your help by doing the following simple things as below. Any further good advice from you is more than welcome.
Save our stored power and help us not to use the diesel generator – it has never been used until now.
1. Please turn off the lights you are not using.
2. Please use the air conditioner at max until sunset and then switch it off. Please use the fans to cool during the day and night- the fans are more efficient at low speed. Use the ventilations fans to circulate the air throughout the house
3. Cook your meals during sunlight hours.
4. The kettle has double wall ad nit will keep the water hot therefore please fill the kettle to full and leave the left-over water in the kettle and fill the rest before next heating- this will save lot of energy.
5. Do all your clothes wash during the sunlight hours. Use the clothing rack in the front balcony and dry your clothes.
Minimize the waste:
Please use provided bins to separate recyclable items from every waste.

Out bus stop to City is next to the school- From 6 am to 7 pm on
Weekdays buses every 5 minutes
Weekend and evening buses every 30 minutes- please check the timetable in the house.

We follow an enhanced cleaning routine and take extra care to disinfect touched surfaces between reservations.

comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Bedding configuration is 2 queen beds (1 Queen bed in each bedroom) Both rooms are complete with a queen bed each. Beds fully made with clean fresh bedlinen, 4 pillows per bed and 2 bath towels, and hand towel.
