Whether your party number is 8 or 12 people, our charming and attentive staff will look after your every need.

Key Features of Phase 11:

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 4 AC bedrooms & 4 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 12.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

Party Room -The new INDUSTRIAL PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals, and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the villa to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa.
