Very good location, was here from 3-8 Jan 20. Njoyed the stay. Pros: On Beach, you can visit room multiple times in a day while njoying the beach. Food is good at reasonable price. hot water 24x7. Rooms are just good, can be better but as in Goa you stay out whole day. WiFi, polite staff. No beef product served unlike Most places in Goa. Restaurant gives clear sea view, good to have tea and food there watching sea. Rooms have got proper ventilation and balcony for drying clothes. Cons: Rooms may be provided with tea maker, TV very small. Bathroom small but good fittings and clean. No car parking in hotel, nearby paid parking available. Price slightly high. Overall nice place to stay in goa, highly recommend
