La Terrazza has 7 apartments for 2-4 people, with a winter garden or balcony, on the 2nd and 3rd Floor of the house. The residence is ideally located: 5 minutes on foot to the center of Caldaro, 7 minutes by car to Lake Kaltern, and numerous hiking and biking trails start from the house into the vineyards or the forest. The supermarket is 300mt away.

Our guests enjoy the idyllic terrace with Mediterranean flair and a wonderful view of the Dolomites. In addition, a small garden with vine arbor provides a welcome refreshment in the hot summer months. Both the cozy outdoor area and the winter garden on the 1st Stock invites you to take meals or relax with a coffee or a glass of wine.

We, the Hauser family, are happy to be at your disposal - whether with interesting excursion tips or wine or Restaurant recommendations.
