OK - but not great
Spent the night to catch flight out the next day. Was not interested in water park which is probably why most people were there. Not much else around the hotel.

Experiência para nunca mais!
Começando pelo check-in, fomos tratados com muita falta de educação e desprezo pela atendente, como se minha família fosse um lixo. A estrutura do apartamento estava terrível, sujo, com vazamentos, um monte de objeto soltos da parede como ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas por exemplo, roupas de cama cheio de manchas e sujas. Regras dentro do hotel só existem para alguns, um segurança pediu para minha família sair da piscina (com grosseria) porque ainda não estava cheia, mas outra família que entrou 5 minutos depois podia, e o segurança passou por eles e não falou nada, será que meu dinheiro é diferente dos outros ? Sem falar que as regras proíbem cigarros, vipers, etc. Vi mais de uma pessoa fumando diferentes tipos de cigarro dentro do hotel e ninguém falou nada, em todas as vezes o segurança que estava vigiando foi o mesmo que pediu pra minha família se retirar da piscina. Já me hospedei nesse mesmo hotel com minha família e parentes outras 2 vezes e a experiencia foi ótima, por isso escolhi ele novamente, mas depois dessa decepção, NUNCA MAIS VOLTO LA e não indico pra mais ninguém, conseguiram acabar com minhas férias em familia. Em geral, todos os funcionários com cara fechada, educação zero e também DESINFORMADOS sobre o próprio local onde trabalham. Com exceção dos funcionários do refeitório, que parecia outro mundo, todo mundo gentil e muito disposto a entregar o melhor de si! De resto só gostaria de informar que NÃO FUI DE GRAÇA!

O hotel deixou a desejar, banheiros sujos (com teias de aranha nos tetos) sofa cama rasgado, sem tela de proteção nas janelas, pedi lixo e mais tapetes e nao levaram, na hora do café da manhã nao estava bom, pouca opcao de coisas, no jantar a máquina de refrigerante nao funcionou em nenhum dos hoteis que jantamos, a comida nao estava boa

A estrutura do hotel em geral nao estava legal...quarto com conforto ruim. Cama, cômodos, móveis ruins, micro-ondas nao esquenta, chuveiro frio, ar condicionado n funcionando, cheiro de mofo. Pia de banheiro entupida. Piscinas estav ok, funcionando bem e com a limpeza boa. Mas a dormida péssima.

Nao condiz com preço, muito cheio e os elevadores sao antigos e muito demorados, lençois e cobertores super velhos e furados, comida nao é gostosa e ainda é caro, cafe da manhã é ok, mas um dia nao teve NENHUMA fruta. Dependendo do lado do quarto o barulho a noite é insuportável!

Tive problemas no inicio da minha estadia, sempre escolho a Hoteis.com devido a praticidade e agilidade ja que faço minhas viagens mais curta, com isso não posso perder tempo. Não foi o que aconteceu dessa vez, ficamos esperando mais de 2hs para resolver um problema, sendo que era somente por uma falta de comunicação do hoteis.com com o hotel. Queria cobrar a diária de um dos nossos familiares, sendo que estava tudo pago, foi bastante estressante.
