We stayed here two separate nights. We chose this hotel because the offer secured storage( we had a short trip to Croatia for 3 days). Our first visit was very pleasant with a room that had bottles of water, didn’t smell of being smoked in and there was no card needed to operate lights in the room. Second visit was totally different- no bottled water, room smelled of smoke and lights were operated with the room card which we had no knowledge of this procedure. Staff was blunt and did not offer much information nor were they responsive to the “smokers” smell. I must say the restaurant offered a good menu and the cafe bar was nice for an afternoon coffee.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. One thing that didn't work for us, was the strongly scented towels in the room. Whatever detergent they use caused an itchy rash for me making my 6.5 hour flight home very uncomfortable.

Love the fact that the hotel provides storage for us as we took a 3 day side trip to Croatia. It is a secured storage area across from the front desk. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms clean and adequate for the actual after night stay before flying out of Bologna.

We had an excellent stay. We arrived early and they made a room available. We had a car to return to the airport, they offered to pick us up for a return to the hotel even though we hadn’t made reservations. I needed to change our shuttle reservation for the next morning and that was graciously accommodated. We enjoyed the coffee bar and the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Enjoy the dinner and the service provided by Valentina. People like her can make the difference anywhere. Unfortunately hotel was not properly clean when we arrived and had a strange smell. For one night wasn’t bad, but for longer stay. Better think. Eating there is worth it!

Nice staff, universally. But rooms uninspired and a bit tired. Half of the plug sockets didn't work, and some inconsistently - my son woke to a dead phone. Cleaning staff came in, in the morning, without knocking. And then again, with knocking. In the middle of nowhere. The shuttle to the airport isn't free. Ok breakfast.
