Freshly remodeled home five minutes from College of Idaho, I-84 and walking distance to family YMCA / Brother's park. Twenty minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or City of Nampa. Ten minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. We strive to make our home a home you will not want to leave! You can relax knowing we have prepared the home for your arrival. Your privacy matters. However, if you need us we are available by phone/text anytime!

Great home!
This was our second stay at this rental. We enjoyed it as much as the first stay. Last time we stayed was in the summertime, this stay the weather was quite cold. We would suggest maybe more blankets in the home. Especially for the beds. Other than that, the home is wonderfully stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much! Looking forward to our next stay.

Needed a place to stay for an event near Parma. Much preferable to the hotels in the area. Quiet spot near many amenities with easy access to I84

Wonderful stay
This house is really cute, clean and comfortable. Everything inside seems to be brand new. Close to C of I and a pretty good neighborhood. The road noise was a bit much at times but no fault of the owners. We’ll be back.

Very cute place, super clean and comfortable. Perfect for our short stay visiting elderly family. My only suggestion would be the beds could use memory foam toppers as they were very hard. Very minor and only a suggestion overall a great little place! 😊

Communication: Amazing! Very quick to respond. Check-in time: Due to weather conditions, we were arriving a few hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Very accommodating with our situation & easy to work with. Accommodations: Better than expected. Mattresses are firm, pillows soft, toewls soft and accessories good quality. Everyone slept safe and sound. And woke well rested. Would we stay again? Yes! Absolutely, yes. Whenever we come to town.

Great Idaho Stay
My siblings and I flew in for my sister’s graduation from Boise State. The house was very close to her home. Close to a Walmart and other stores with easy access to the interstate too. The home was VERY clean. I was thankful they provided a blow dryer, a fan, coffee, extra blankets and bedding. We were also able to park in the garage which was needed so we could charge our hybrid rental car. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Nice and cozy house
No big complaints here. We needed a house with a location close to family, and this one was perfect. Just the right size for our party. The water dispenser from the fridge seems to be broken, since it just makes a loud noise and dispenses no water. And the scented plug-in was a bit overwhelming (so we unplugged it for our stay). But neither of those were deal-breakers. The house was clean and homey. Comfy beds, especially if you like a relatively firm mattress. If we need a place to stay near family again, we’ll definitely be looking for this place.
