The hotel is in an industrial park but it is near the airport. The hotel is clean but kind of worn down. In my room many of the outlets had been smashed or broken and the HVAC system didn't really work. The staff was chilly at best and annoyed I didn't speak Italian. The included breakfast ends earlier than posted - so I missed out on the breakfast more often than not. But the place has a secure parking lot - so that was nice. The restaurant on site is delicious.

Bad experience for 4 star hotel ever
This hotel was located at very industrial area. We stayed 2 nights there, both nights internet(wifi) was not working. Front desk staff was not helpful. Air conditioner in the room was noisy and not working as per our settings. First night only 1 towel was provided for the couple stay. I would not stay here again.

Overall a nice stay!
Surprisingly a nice stay so far out of a main city. Restaurant Miro was a pleasant surprise also. Hotel was a bit damp and room didn't even really cool down entirely but overall nice. Worst feedback would be the beds. Certainly in need of a refresh. Our beds were all warped..felt like sleeping on a speedbump. Otherwise amenities were good, local area virtually nonexistent but we found some good trattorias and used Amanas Wellness centre and spa. Nice!

The hotel is located slightly far from the city center. It is well-maintained, clean and very polite helpful staff. The breakfast should be improved a little bit.

Not coming back here
Was there on business. Read reviews about it and thought to give it s try. Smelly outdated poor internet and service is so so is not good and breakfast is not that special either 40 euro taxi into town each time. I would not stay here again. The staff did not seem happy and passionate about what they were doing.

GREAT hotel in isolated industrial neighborhood
Located in a rather industrial part of town outside of Florence, this is a GREAT hotel for the price. I thought it was sketchy based on the neighborhood, but this turned out to be one of the fanciest hotels I've ever stayed in - well worth the trek. Our room had a HUGE bathroom with a soaker tub and 2 sinks. There was a TV with a great cable package; we were even able to find channels in English! The room was cleaned and we had fresh towels every day, whether we wanted it or not. My only warning to future guests is the location of the hotel. It is located <10 min walk away from the Pratignone station on the regional rail line into Florence, but this station is really just a platform (no ticket vending machine and only a few trains per hour). The schedule of trains is posted on a big sign at the station, but you can't take a handout home. We ended up just buying our tickets for the next day at the major Florence station (Firenze SMN), where the computer told us the schedule of the trains, and planned our days around there. Some days, we would have to get on a train leaving Florence to go to the next train hub (Prato Centrale) to go into the city. Last direct train to Pratignone from Firenze SMN was 8:47PM; this wasn't a problem for us, but just beware if you wanted to stay late in the city. Other than the trains, the hotel is located close to a bus stop, but we never figured out how the buses ran and just stuck with the trains.

The hotel is located just off the Autostrade and near the train station. Making it very convenient to be downtown Firenze w/o the hassle of traffic and finding parking.

GOOD HOTEL
Lovely clean friendly place; The hotel is very nice. We stayed only 1 night on the way to Florence. The apartment was clean and nice, the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The parking is free of charge.

The receptionist seemed very careless during our check-in, e.g. no welcoming, forgot to give us our room's key, also he didn't ask or mention to let him know in case we need something..seemed very unfriendly. Else hotel condition, comfortness and cleaness were super!

Simple Touch
Most of staff was very nice. Food was very good and the kitchen worked with you on what you wanted. It needs a shuttle to airport being it is so close but a taxi is so costly. All in all it was a very good hotel, just wish the house computer would have been working.
