It’s definitely not high end if that’s what you’re looking for but the staff makes up for all the flaws. That’s why I always stay here. Thank you to the staff

I don’t like the unclean room and dirty band aid on the shower curtain I found a dead vape under the backwards night table that I had to move just to use the drawer. There was also a dirty cup under the bed as well as the shower and tub needs renovations as there is mold growing in the tub the room itself could also use renovations as there were holes in the walls from previous artwork that weren’t fixed overall the only good thing was the staff and the cheap stay

The heater in the room was only blowing cold air. I tried to call the front desk and the in room phone was out of order. I went to the front desk and let them know about it and they promptly sent a housekeeper to look into the problem but she was unable to get it to work. She did bring a small ceramic heater to warm the room. The Kurieg coffee maker in the room did not work. The tap in the bathroom leaked. The pool is in need of repair. The lobby does not have elevator access. We had to carry suitcases down and up 7 steps. They did have a person to help get our luggage to the room,

I have been here twice now for work. The first time I checked in and then walked about 300 meters to my room, but the key didn't work, I walked back, they re-programmed the key, I walked back again and the key still didn't work. Then they sent a staffer to unlock my door. I waited by the door for 10 minutes before she showed up. Then once she did, her scanner thing didn't work either. They gave me a new room, but was not happy to do all that back and forth and waiting. The 2nd time.. I show up and my room is 24 degrees. I put AC on and set to 19... after 3 hours I checked and the room is still 24 degrees. I had been here before and used the thermostat before, so I knew it wasn't user error. I end up being awake all night not being able to sleep because of the heat. I had to go to work the next day with just 3-4 hours of sleep.
