The hotel was very clean and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the size and smell of pool/hot tub area. It’s very small and the chlorine was so strong it stung our eyes. Otherwise a beautiful property

I have food allergies and this was the first breakfast buffet that had options for me. This would make me book at this hotel again. The pool area was really loud and echoed plus we had to ask for pool towels more than once

Poor management response to unruly guests
On December 14, 2024 our stay was interrupted by children running, screaming, and knocking on doors until sometime after 11pm. At 10 pm I contacted the front desk and was told they had spoken to the hockey team manager and the parents still didn't do anything. This is also what she said on check out. Highly disappointed. These childrens parents also sat on the lobby sofas and in the breakfast area, drinking alcohol, and using it as their own personal party space. It was loud and highly inappropriate. The hotel was clean, but I will not stay here again due to the lack of response to the unruly guests.

Room was right across the hall from two conference areas and kids were up until 1 am playing ball hockey. There were parents and kids running around and drinking until late at night. Called the front desk several times but because they didn't have a security staff they couldn't do anything. The front desk staff was nice but this was not a relaxing or enjoyable stay.
