The only disappointment was the breakfast. When we went down they were out of bacon and potatoes. We were there for about 40 min and only when we were about to leave were they replenished - but too late for us!

Property was incredibly warm in the whole hotel, the rooms were overpriced and the satellite continuously was on the fritz. Additionally Uber had a problem reconizing the location and confuses it with another because of the S. Mcleoud designation. Was a frustrating stay.

we were there during a very hot time of summer and each time we went to use the pool, they had swimming lessons going on so there were no chairs available, towels were used up and pool was very crowded

Overall our stay was good. Our suite was clean and roomy with 2 queens and a pullout couch. The common areas of the hotel was very warm. The breakfast area was very crowded and not a great flow. Kids loved the pool area, however the towels weren't stocked.

We were cheated out of over $166 dollars because you said the property was pet friendly but the hotel said they changed their policy. We could not get a refund for services that were not provided. We had to go to another hotel. Very good scam!
