Overall a great stay but the water temperature in the rooms was very wonky. There would be points where only hot water would come out of the taps

The room design was unique but outside hallways needed cleaning. Artwork around the hotel was beautiful. Front desk staff was not customer-friendly. When we were ready to checkout, no one was up at the front desk. Another employee just stood there and watched us, not bothering to go get anyone. Another couple came up after us. We had to wait several minutes to be helped. Didn't bother to tell us about Happy Hour and other amenities of the hotel.

Staff was exceptional. The pool is designated for guests but they also allow public in so it was over crowded. By the time my mom and I wanted to enjoy it, it was closed. The art is beautiful, as is the staff. They made us feel cared for and welcime There were too many wedding parties over the weekend so we were kept up most of the night with noise. We would consider staying again but only during the off season. We just couldn't enjoy the pool area.

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff fantastic and the accessibility great. If you don’t use valet, it is very easy to use the parking they provide.

Very cool decor. Room good size. Definitely a party hotel and hallway was so loud with large groups coming in up until 2a each night. The bathrooms looked nice but toilet wobbled and tub feature was hard to turn. Housekeeping staff wonderful.

The property was not as nice as expected for the price. Balcony suites are not worth the extra charge as there isn’t any furniture that allows guests to sit outside and look over the city. The little restaurant was very cute and had great wait staff.
