Excellent room - large, comfortable bed and bedding, huge well appointed bathroom, in room fridge/Kurig/working station. Huge tv that casts well. I like the lobby - it's been well maintained and decorated nicely. The food at Thomson's was good (very good place for work breakfast meetings!) Location is excellent, very central and yet quiet.

I booked last minute in the evening through Expedia, for a place to stay that night and when I showed up to the property they did not have the reservation. They would not accept the receipt that I had for the booking and I ended up having to leave and get another hotel. They were not nice about this and were rude and made no effort to find a solution. Very disappointing. They need a better system for getting their reservations from third party websites.
