Honestly I was shocked when I checked into my room. It was filthy, there was hair in the sinks, the carpet was dirty with left over rice grains and food on the floors of the front entrance, bathroom and bedroom areas. It clearly was not cleaned prior to my occupancy I did complain and was given the option to switch rooms opted however to have them clean it which was done quickly. I was tired from my travels and did it want to be bothered to wait for reassignment of another room to occur! I had to get IT to resolve my internet connectivity issue. Then in the middle of me presenting on a project the internet went down for 30 mins! Unbelievable that this could occur at Hyatt. I had to quickly go down to the lobby but they could not assist! They did provide a make up offer of access to Regency Club. This club is nothing like what is on offer at the Marriott for example. Very basic in my opinion. Disappointed at best by my stay five day stay!

Honestly, I would’ve loved to give a five star review. The hotel was the best four-star hotel in a row of about eight hotels we had when we traveled through Canada. There all the little things, for example, tap water in your room or cotton pads and or ear swabs. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of five stars is because we were given a room next to the elevator and holy after I complained, we could get a better one. I don’t understand why those rooms are not really kept until the hotel is entirely full. those rooms should not give them to anybody if it’s not really necessary.
