We had a great stay at this location. The staff were extremely friendly! The valet Parker’s were so sweet to our little girls, they really enjoyed their kindness. The kids wrote a letter to Santa and “mailed it”. The next morning, our girls received a letter from Santa. What a sweet little touch. The pool was awesome! Thank you!!!!!

We stayed there as we were attending a Christmas party so it was very close to the venue. Great front staff they were very nice and helpful.

The hotel features a welcoming and friendly staff, and the rooms are quite nice. However, it appears that the pub in the lobby has been removed, and the restaurant experience might not fully align with expectations given the pricing. It could be beneficial for the location to consider a lounge area and an update to the room service menu.

The location and the suites I was on the second floor, there was lot of disturbance and work noise early hours of the morning, I needed to sleep till 8am woke up at 5:30 could not sleep again due to the noise I stay at this hotel all the time, last time was the only time I was uncomfortable
