Staff was amazing, extremely accommodating with us having an infant and young child. Would definitely stay here again. I will note that they do not have an elevator which wasnt a problem for us as its a smaller hotel with a very B'n'B feel

Terrible breakfast, nothing hot and frozen berries, yuck. The paint in my bathroom was peeling off the wall. I hate no one cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels. We aren’t staying at a work camp but a hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Checking in was a breeze and the lady on nights (with the crutch) was super sweet and got me helpful. The fellow that was working when I was checking out did a great job. My tv was on when I arrived. It was an ok stay but could use some attention to attract vacationers. Lastly, the 3rd floor rooms are loud floors. I could hear every foot step. Kept us up actually.

We book this hotel as it is not far from calgary airport and downtown calgary. We enjoyed our stay there as the hotel was clean and our room had all the basic necessities. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. It was quiet and very convenient for our trip. Staff also very polite and helpful.

The outside air condition was loud and the in-room air condition unit was loud too but also not overly cold. Overall it was delightful and pleasant. The staff was amazing and friendly!!

Good things: - Great staff, very friendly and helful. - Pancakes (included in hotel price) for breakfast. Good selection of muffins, cereal, toast, etc. for breakfast. - Room was very clean and super quiet. - They have a hot tub, I will bring a swim suit next time. - Plenty of towels. - If you forget anything, they have it for you at the front desk. Negatives: - The floor grout in the bathroom is almost entirely gone. - The shower curtain is in poor shape. - There is no counter beside the sink to put things such as hairbrush, makeup, etc. - There is no plug to charge a phone. - They only make up the room every two days, not even the bed. But, if you need towels or anything, the front desk can supply. Overall, I will be back!!
