Amazing Home

This new state-of-the-art home has all of the amenities, including saltwater pool, outdoor dining area, private parking, luxury shower head, oscillating fans, and many others. Miguel was very helpful and responsive and even provided a nice gift of local products at check-in. Highly recommended!

Last Minute Booking

The property we actually stayed at is not this one but another property also managed by Miguel. We found the response and help from Miguel very propmpt and courteous. We stayed at Villa Camach XVI in the end in order to allow Miguel to fulfill his documentation for the local authorities for Covid safety. We stayed actually in Calheta in a very similar villa with a magnificent pool and Atlantic view. Tha Villa was spotless and the check in and out process very smooth. The surrounding area is spectacular. This was a last minute booking due to losing a holiday to France because of quarantine and travel restrictions. I must say we found the Covid precautions in Madeira excellent and even though we had to test at the airport the whole process was well managed efficient and friendly. We would definitely consider coming here again.

Tolle Woche in einer schönen Villa mit einem fantastischen Blick

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in einer tollen Villa. Miguel war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wenn wir überhaupt einen Punkt hätten, dann ist das die Pool-Temperatur, die uns ein wenig zu gering war. Gegen Aufpreis von 30€ pro Tag und mindestens 5 Tage wäre eine Beheizung möglich gewesen. Vielleicht im Text der Beschreibung hinzufügen. Dort steht "beheizt", besser "beheizbar gegen Aufpreis". Alles in allem war es aber eine schöne Zeit und ich kann diese Lokation weiter empfehlen. Danke an Miquel. Vielleicht bis zum nächsten mal.

Puristische Villa am Hang mit Atlantik-Blick

Moderne, puristisch eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene Villa - perfekt für 4 Personen bzw. 2 Paare geeignet. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und mit hochwertigen Matratzen (180 cm x 200 cm) ausgestattet. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein geradliniges Tageslicht-Duschbad, einmal als en-suite Bad, einmal direkt über den kleinen Flur. Die Versorgung mit Hand-, Dusch- und Strandtücher ist üppig. Der offene Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich bietet am Esstisch Platz für 6 Personen. Leider ist das Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck knapp bemessen, so dass man den Geschirrspüler täglich verwenden muss. Die Küche verfügt über einen Backofen, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, 4 Platten-Herd mit Dunstabzugshaube und einen Geschirrspüler. Kühlschrank und separater Tiefkühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die teilweise überdachte Terrasse verfügt über einfache Lounge-Möbel und Liegen für jeweils 4 Personen und einen festen Granit-Esstisch mit Bänken für 6 Personen. Ein Holzkohlegrill mit verschiednen Rosten und Spießen ist vorhanden. Sonnenschutz für den späten Nachmittag war ursprünglich nicht gegeben. Nach Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter Herrn Camacho wurde unmittelbar für Sonnenschirme gesorgt. Der Pool ist wunderbar, leicht salzig, dadurch aber keine roten Augen und kein Chlorgeruch. In der Beschreibung steht "beheizt", dass dies aber pro Tag 30 € extra kostet, wurde uns erst kurz vor Abreise mitgeteilt. Hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war vorbildlich und immer zügig. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und einen herrlichen Urlaub genossen.

Großartige Villa zu moderatem Preis

Obwohl das Wetter eher bescheiden war (10. - 17.Mai 2018: 13 bis 20 Grad, teilweise sehr windig!), haben wir diese neue, moderne Villa sehr genossen. Wir haben uns die Gebühr von € 40.-/Tag für das Aufheizen des Pools geleistet und konnten so wirklich täglich schwimmen gehen! Der Standort der Villa ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen oder als Strandtag. Der Hausherr war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unbedingt ein Fahrzeug organisieren, zu Fuss kann man gerade mal zum kleinen Supermarkt gehen! Herrlicher Urlaub auf einer beeindruckenden Insel mit großartigem Rückzugsrefugium nach anstrengendem Tag...

Traumhafter Blick über den Atlantik

Das großzügige Ferienhaus bietet zwei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, beide mit Meerblick und eigenem Bad. Ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küche, alles ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Der Überlaufpool ist von allen Räumen direkt erreichbar und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Terrasse ist groß und mit Liegen, Sitzmöbeln und einer Essgruppe aus Granit ausgestattet. Wir waren zu dritt da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herr Camacho hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen rund um das Haus und unseren Aufenthalt auf Madeira sehr hilfreich. Sehr gerne würden wir nochmal dieses wunderbare Haus mieten!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Direkter Blick auf das Meer. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen kleinen Nachteil gibt es, man kann die Wohnung nicht heizen. Wir waren im Februar dort und die Abende und Nächte waren ziemlich kalt und dann wurde es in dem großen Wohnzimmer und in den Bädern ziemlich ungemütlich. Nachdem wir das mitgeteilt hatten, hat man uns sofort einen Oelheizkörper hingestellt. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht.
