The property and staff are wonderful—very family friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and all the food in the other restaurants are great. Try the passionfruit Italian soda my favorite!!!!!

This was our second time at Intercontinental In Cali Colombia. Everything from the staff to the food, to the area, and the ambience was perfect. The pool is always been added plus and the spa was amazing. A 10/10 would recommend Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Very poor staff
Very poor customer service. From the front desk manager to the cleaners. Third day during my stay I ask that my room should be cleaned - the cleaning lady was visibly annoyed and cleaned the room after given an attitude. I also learned from friends of mine that their rooms were never cleaned during our entire four day stay. I checked out 20 minutes after 11:00 and was charged for half a day. To me, that was okay, but the fact that the cleaning lady banged at my door at 10:55am and was cursing at me about checkout time, was just something strange to me. Looks like it was a planned act, because when I took it up with the manager, he was certainly not interested in learning the truth about the cleaning lady who is out of order. He instead focused on reiterating that i must pay for half a day - at no point did I argue that I wasn’t going to pay. Averall the management team needs more training on customer service - their actions certainly did not reflect credit upon this organization.
