Good but problems
The building is brand-new and very good. Nice surroundings : pool, garden are very pleasant. In the flat, the bed and the sofa are excellent, very good quality. What was not good : the people of the agency were cold and not welcoming, no smile at all. There was just one bin for two bathrooms, they hardly believed us that it was true but finally bought one,4 days to get it..There was no vacuum cleaner for a big flat, just one broom to clean the flat.They said that the vacuum cleaner depended on the owner. Anyway, it was better not to ask many questions in this agency, we had imagined that there were TVs in the bedrooms, which was wrong, they answered in an aggressive way about it. Moreover there was nothing to hang the towels in the bathrooms, nothing for toilet paper rolls,there were 3 simplepans not for induction so we couldn't use them. I must say that I have spent my holidays in Calpe for 12 years now and usually agencies are nice and welcoming.
