The centre of Calp with its numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets is only 2.5 km away. The 1.5 km long sandy beach is only 3.5 km away.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Large terrace with a 10x5 pool with Roman steps, an outdoor shower and spectacular views of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and the town of Calp. There is also the summer kitchen with a gas barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. In addition, there is an outdoor toilet. From another large terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view over the whole bay, the mountains and the green hinterland. Below, there is a table tennis room that you can enjoy with family or friends. The property is completely enclosed and offers space for 4 vehicles. The outdoor area is available to all guests of Villa Aguila.
