The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Villa Tere is situated in a quiet area within walking distance to the Club Nautico Les Basetes by the Benissa coast where we can find a beach bar, a restaurant and a few water sports.
This cozy traditional style villa is set in its own gardens with orange trees and lemon trees and is within five minutes drive to all amenities in Calpe's main resort, which includes a wide selection fo shops, bars and restaurants.

With its private swimming pool, sun terraces, and portable BBQ, it is a good choice for small families wanting to be close to this popular beach resort. Tere has two storeys connected with internal stairs. Downstairs entrance into a hall where we can find all 3 twin bedrooms each one with A/C unit, sharing a full bathroom and a utility room for the washing machine. Internal steps lead up to the large living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+fire place and sea views. Fitted kitchen full equipped and guests WC.
