The "Magnolia" accommodation is very pleasant: facing south, with a terrace protected by a wrought iron pergola.
The garden is very well maintained with lawn, flowers and barbecue.
The luxury sun loungers are perfect for relaxing after returning from sightseeing.

This new accommodation, with refined decoration (nature trend) has a kitchen with very complete equipment: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, 2 electric burners, traditional oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker , Nespresso coffee machine, crockery and numerous kitchen utensils.

The bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed, with an Épeda Starlight 25 cm **** mattress (pocket springs) as well as the sofa bed in the living room, which offers excellent quality sleeping.
This accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, 6 meters by 12, with deckchairs, very pleasant in the shade of a fig tree...

The residence is the ideal starting point for many activities: You will not have to cross an urban center (so no traffic) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (around ten beaches within 10km), hikes, rivers, picturesque villages, the wine and artisan route....
