Property has a terrible clorox and detergent odor that is unbearable and can make you sick. The bed was super uncomfortable, the shower was broken, room and hotel just looked not well maintained. Do not recommend at all.

Wont stay anywhere else in Santa Ponsa
Fantastic stay. Sea view room on first floor with balcony area and further space with our own outdoor bed, rooftop bar and infinity pool overlooking the bay with sunsets to die for. Room was great (for Brits there is no kettle). Comfy bed and choice of pillows. Safe. Great Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast included. Pool area pleasant, water temp ok but sea and infinity pool warmer. Staff were great. Location perfect, loads of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Even thought it’s central it was quiet. And best of all 10 second walk across the road to an amazing beach. Can’t wait to return.

Negatives - Room walls are paper thin & show signs of wear & tear. Id happily stay again but I'd book the new rooms at the front.

Lovely stay with a friend
We arrived about midnight and raul on reception was very friendly and efficient. The hotel organised our private return transfer which took the stress away for us. Room clean and comfy. Few areas of TLC in the bathroom i.e peeling paint and mildrew corners. Breakfast had so much variety all fresh! Pool area not too busy. Roof top bar and pool lovely. Beach right opposite the hotel. Loads of restaurants choice

Very nice stay at H10 for 30th birthday
Very nice hotel, prime location and staff were very helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and they managed to get our room ready early for us. Stayed here with my partner for my 30th birthday. The hotel left a complimentary bottle of cava in the room for us to celebrate. The rooftop pool has great views! The hotel has a no reserving sunbeds policy, so when people did try to reserve the limited number of day beds in the morning it was good to see them enforce this policy and remove towels from empty beds! Will recommend this hotel to others.

A great short break.
Had a short 4 day break at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. Everyone was Covid compliant in the hotel, wearing masks ect. Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast had plenty of choice, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night time. A lovely roof top cocktail bar with fabulous views of the sunset. Would recommended this hotel and would return in the future. Good base location and staging point to explore the island.
