Have to say, we couldn’t fault the hotel. It’s was spotless, staff were so polite and helpful and it was walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach and the marina. Would definitely come back.

First time at Portals Hills and would definitely return. All staff members went above and beyond to make you feel special. Close to many restaurants though some require a taxi.

Expensive for what it is. Very small property. Breakfast limited. Couldn’t get sun loungers one day as too busy. Couldn’t use half board on lunch (only hotel I have ever come across that won’t let you do that). Gym tiny. AC didn’t work in there one day so was unbearable. Very clean though. Rooms nice. Lunch was good, bar area nice.
