Welcome to this beautiful villa in Portals Nous, just 450 meters from La Caleta. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The spacious exterior area is perfect to bask in the sun on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or have an aperitif on the large porch before going for a walk in this exclusive area of ​​Mallorca.

The house has two floors. The completely renovated main floor offers a living room with TV and AC; the kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; and two bedrooms with a double bed and AC, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. The lower level of the house is a cosy independent apartment with a traditional style that consists of a comfortable kitchen dining and living space with TV and ceramic hob; a bedroom with double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Ausrüstung und Lage der Zimmer
Die Anordnung der Zimmer war überhaupt nicht ideal, da es eigentlich 2 separate Wohnungen sind. Man muss aussenherum, um von der einen Wohnung in die andere zu gelangen. Die Betten sind zum Teil sehr klein, so dass nicht jedes Zimmer als Doppelzimmer genutzt werden kann. Zum Teil hat es in den Zimmern keine Möglichkeit, die Kleider zu versorgen. Es hat nur in der einen Wohnung Geschirr etc. und es ist nicht viel vorhanden.
