Bedroom #4 includes 2 full beds, 1 twin daybed, and 1 twin trundle.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with single vanities and shower/tub combos.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, in front of the duplex, or in front of the next-door pool. Additional vehicles can park in the hotel overflow lot. Guests are not permitted to park in front of the connected duplex.
• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera as well as 5 additional security cameras – (1) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the driveway, (2) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the front door, (3) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the side yard, (4) mounted above the basement sliding door, pointing at the back yard/golf course, and (5) mounted above the grill pointing at lower level patio.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
