Overall the hotel is pleasing. The only thing that annoyed me a little bit was the noise coming from the church nearby while I was trying to relax at the pool.

Hotel looks brandnew, the breakfast is good and they also have 24hrs room service, the only problem is the front desk staff, I’m a handicap, I can’t walk, they saw us ( me and my wife) unloading the car with several languages and didn’t offer any help.

Hotel muito bom, mas precisa renovar alguns itens: ducha demora muito para esquentar e há muita perda de água; descargas antigas com válvula, com perda de água; devem ser instalados aparelhos para matar moscas, cortina de vento e telas nas entradas do restaurante e recipientes com tela para proteger os alimentos. No dia posterior a chuvas, havia moscas grandes e pequenas pousando nos alimentos do café da manhã e nos próprios hóspedes. Tudo ficou pouco convidativo. O hotel em si (conforto dos quartos, estrutura interna, acessibilidade) e equipe são excelentes.

Hotel de categoria mediana. O ponto forte está na recepção onde fomos recepcionados pela Vanessa, uma super profissional que nos dei ss boas- vindas com muita cordialidade. Os quartos possuem paredes que parecem de papel... péssima acústica, precisei bater numa porta ao lado para que diminuíssem o tom da conversa. Sofrível! Café da manhã sem novidades. O único ponto forte está nos funcionários solícitos.

O atendimento foi fantástico! A recepcionista percebeu que minha esposa estava de aniversário naquele dia, e depois do checkin a Bárbara e Mônica foram até nosso quarto com muita alegria e trouxeram uma sobremesa com uma vela, e cantaram parabéns de surpresa! Isso mostra o comprometimento, carinho e atenção das duas com hóspede, nos faz sentir acolhidos mesmo muito longe de casa! Tambem a estrutura do hotel é muito boa! Já me hospedei outras vezes e recomendo.
