The housekeeping “forgot” to clean my room for two days! When you are traveling with kids and one using diapers, I really need my room to be cleaned.

Lugar ótimo ! Precisam dar um jeito urgente nos pernilongos . Mesmo com o veneno que fornecem , não matam a quantidade que tem . Tivemos que comprar um spray e deixar tudo fechado .

Novos Donos = Pousada Nova.
Estivemos na pousada no final de semana de 21/09. Ocorreu tudo dentro do esperado, estávamos preocupados devido as avaliações, contudo, ao conversar com a Ana "nova adm da pousada" entendemos que houve uma mudança de direção e o hotel está muito bem cuidado. Nós fomos muito bem atendidos, estava com o pé machucado e me ajudaram com as malas. Recepção sempre disponível. Alimentação - café da manhã e janta, que foi o que comemos, era muito gostoso. O hotel está bem pintado, cuidado. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. No final trouxeram cavalos para gente andar e foram super atenciosos.

Estive neste hotel com minha esposa e minha filha de 1 ano e 2 meses no final de semana do dia 25/08/2018. Adoramos a estádia. A estrutura e serviço atendeu muito bem as nossas expectativas e necessidades principalmente por estarmos viajando com uma bebê. Todas as refeições estavam excelentes e tinha opção para todos os gostos, até para nossa bebê providenciaram uma comida especial presenciamos até um bolo de aniversário surpresa providenciado pelo hotel para um hóspede que fazia aniversário durante sua estadia. Os responsáveis pelo hotel estão sempre por perto e solícitos para atender qualquer necessidade dos hóspedes. A estrutura do hotel ainda precisa de alguns pequenos reparos mas notei um emprenho muito grande dos responsáveis que em solucionar com o passar do tempo e estão sempre aberto as sugestões dos hóspedes. Em resumo achamos uma ótima opção para passar o FDS e curtir uma piscina, que por enquanto ainda não é aquecida, mas soubemos que isso também já está nos planos da gestão do hotel.

Lugar lindo. Descansamos e tivemos dias bastantes agradáveis nesta pousada, pois além do ambiente diferenciado, tanto em decoração, arquitetura, paisagismo, quanto em natureza, fomos recebidos com muita hospitalidade e simpatia pelos que gerenciam no momento o hotel/pousada.
