Nice hotel, good price
Stayed there for tomorrowland, the staff we met couldn't speak much English yet managed to help us everyday get to where we needed to be. Awesome.

Good location and staff is helpful although the hotel, in American standards is a 3-star (topping), not a 3.5. Rooms are good and in good condition, the AC a little slow though. The lobby is in a need of renovation so it wasn't a good first impression but overall it was a good hotel and I'd stay there again.

Pillows were thin bed were a little to hard for me. I made an online reservation for a double and when i entered the room it was a single. Talked to the staff and nothing could be done. Couch, chairs were old and uncomfortable, they were clean but just to old. Restaurant was okay. Breakfast could be better.

Não é exatamente como nas fotos. Pelo menos o quarto que eu fiquei, o quarto tem uma aparência bem velha e antiquada, acho que alguém com alergia teria sérios problemas. Muitas coisas velhas que não funcionam. O banheiro tem uma banheira que não estava ao primeiro olhar, limpa, e muito velha não é confortável nem tomar banho em pé nela. A água quente era morna pra quente ainda mais que estava bem frio em Campinas, tem um tipo de fechamento de alumínio de cara pro chuveiro que entra um vento danado e não tem como fechar. O chuveiro ficou pingando a noite todo e de jeito nenhum eu consegui fechar. Tinha uma folha de papel no ar condicionado o que achei estranho e marcas de um possível vazamento do próprio ar condiciona. Uma das janelas tinha um adesivo pra não abrir porém ela também não fechava totalmente então passava muita corrente de ar que fazia até barulho por elas. São pontos que nas fotos não são tão realistas, mas eu só fui pra dormir praticamente então foi ok e paguei um valor ok, porém vi ele por bem mais caro do que paguei e pro quarto que eu fiquei não vale a pena. A recepção é bem média, o atendimento não mostrou nem onde era o elevador eu tive que perguntar como fazia pra chegar ao quarto, não apresentaram nada do que existia no prédio. Foi um estadia ok mas estranha, não sei se voltaria.

O bacana é que por ser um flat tem coisinha com microondas,fogão,e utensílios,o supermercado Assai fica a uma quadra então é fácil comprar algo rápido pra vc mesmo fazer, localização top perto de tudo,quarto flat bem aconchegante e limpo,as outras dependências como piscina,sala de jogos academia show de bola,só uma ressalta se for usar a lavanderia tem que levar seu sabão e amaciante.

Unico ponto negativo.o banho. Banheira de hidromassagem quebrada é escorregadio na hora do banho. Cortina de plastico é terrivel . O hotel é muito bom pra manter ainda um banheiro Tão velho.
