Nossa estadia foi curta pois precisava descansar para continuar a viagem. Mas fomos bem tratadas , o espaço é muito agradável , as refeiçoes saborosas e a vista é maravilhosa. Fiz aula de hidroginastica e a Professora é top . Espero voltar em breve.

O local tem uma vista muito boa e os funcionários foram simpaticos e prestativos, mas esses foram os unicos pontos positivos que eu achei. O quarto que fiquei estava limpo, mas precisaria de uma reforma, e pelo valor da diaria, o café da manhã é simples em demasia e faltam opções. Outro ponto absurdo, ao menos em minha opinião, foi que eu adquiri o um pacote "Spa relax", que incluia banho relaxante (com sais, etc) e massagem, e na hora da execução me informaram que eu teria que pagar a toalha a parte, e o saisl de banho também! Após minhas reclamações não fui cobrado, mas é surpreendente que ao contratar um "banho" eles sequer querem fornecer a toalha, e que o banho relaxante com camomila, não inclua os sais relaxantes... Também erraram na minha conta, e tive que reclamar para que fosse cobrado o valor correto. Alias, isso aconteceu não só no hotel, mas em outros estabelecimentos na cidade....

Eu posso recomendar olhos fechados, o lugar é incrível, o atendimento, a proprietária sempre solicita e sua equipe. Os quartos tem varanda e a vista sensacional. Tive a honra de ver o nascer do sol. A comida deliciosa. Vou virar cliente. E experimentem os banhos e massagens.

Sem palavras. O local é um espetáculo. Toda a equipe muito simpática e solícita. As instalações em perfeito estado de funcionamento e conservação. Academia, o spa, tudo. Estão de parabéns. A comida é maravilhosa, e o atendimento realmente é a cereja do bolo.

Lugar lindo e funcionários atenciosos
Chegamos e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo pessoal - primeiramente pela recepcionista que, por termos chegado tarde, nos orientou a ir primeiro conferir as opções de jantar (antes que encerrasse) e fazer o check in mais tarde. O chef nos recebeu para ver se gostaríamos de algo da cozinha. Apesar de não terem opções vegetarianas prontas, ele fez um omelete e proteína de soja / brocolis para mim. Decidimos não fechar o jantar e o almoço para os outros dias pois, embora este tenha sido um bom "quebra-galho", não é bem uma opção vegetariana. Acredito que o local pode incluir no menu pelo menos uma opção vegetariana para os hóspedes, e diferenciá-la ao longo dos dias (ainda mais por se tratar de um spa em que muitas pessoas vão para regrar a alimentação, ou para relaxar - e vegetarianismo combina com ambos). Todos os funcionários foram muito cordiais e atenciosos, ofereceram opções também no café da manhã e a todo momento estavam acessíveis. O quarto é bem amplo, assim como o WC do quarto, e a vista da varanda é linda. Aliás, a vista de todos os lugares é muito linda, principalmente do mirante acima do restaurante. O banho relaxante é um pouco rápido, mas bem gostoso. A massagem relaxante foi excepcional, e o café da manhã e tarde bem servidos. Achei apenas que faltou manteiga (tivemos que pedir). Próximo háa cachoeiras, e é um lugar bem calmo e gostoso de caminhar. Recomendo para quem for relaxar que fique 2 a 3 dias (depois pode ficar entendiante).

Passamos apenas 1 dia e 1 noite. A equipe é cordial e atenciosa e as instalações estavam bem cuidadas. Nao tinhamos o objetivo de utilizar o spa, então não consigo avaliar esse aspecto. No todo, o hotel corresponde ao valor cobrado.

Ficamos decepcionados com a nossa estadia, ficou devendo em alguns aspectos, tudo meio amarrado com horários, não tinha frigobar em nenhum quarto , não tinha disponibilidade de certos serviços ,de 6 dias, só um dia de ofurô, o lugar é bonito ,mas achei caro pela diária, esperava mais.

MARAVILHOSA ESTADIA!
Minha estádia foi EXCEPCIONAL! Este hotel é um lugar extremamente maravilhoso para se desligar e descansar! O que mais me impressionou foi a atenção e carinho de TODOS os funcionários com seus hóspedes. A proprietária Sônia é uma querida e nos faz nos sentir em casa! (ela fez questão de pedir ás funcionárias do restaurante para que preparassem um lanche para que eu levasse na viagem de retorno para casa!). Sem palavras para a professora de Educação Física, Renata, que foi muito atenciosa e querida durante toda minha estadia, onde inclusive me deu aulas de natação (o que não era sua obrigação e mesmo assim se prontificou a me ajudar). As atendentes do Restaurante Néia e Luzinete (não me lembro se está correto o nome), muito atenciosas e queridas, assim como o Chef de cozinha que deixou meu almoço preparado com antecedência no dia em que iria fazer o check-out para que eu conseguisse almoçar antes de ir embora. A Bete e Silmara da Recepção que são muito atenciosas. E claro, a Kátia que faz os serviços de Massagem, muito querida e uma EXCELENTE profissional! Não consigo me recordar do nome de todos, mas no geral, todos que fazem parte do quadro de funcionários são muito queridos, e fizeram com que minha estadia fosse ainda mais agradável. Todas as refeições são ÓTIMAS, e o WI-FI é perfeito. Pretendo retornar mais vezes com certeza!!!
