Great hotel with the best view
Chris park is a beautiful hotel. It is located at a hill where you can enjoy a great view of Campos do Jordão. The presidential suit was great and get the best view. Breakfast was delicious.

Boa estadia!
Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Hotel seguindo as medidas de segurança por conta da COVID-19.Os problemas que tive foram relacionados a hóspedes que não respeitam as regras -- excedem o tempo reservado na piscina, fecham janelas no salão de café da manhã comprometendo a circulação do ar, etc -- mas os funcionários do hotel souberam lidar com essas situações. Recomendo o hotel!

It was a really nice hotel to stay at, the room service was great, the jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice and clean, very comfortable beds , and the hotel has a magical view of campos de jordao.

Hotel with great views up in the mountains...
A nice hotel with great views of the surrounding mountains. You can take a nice walk down the hill into the centre of the town and it's also ok to walk back up although in the dark there are a few places where you might want to use your mobile phone torch to see the path clearly. Breakfast was a varied buffet with a range of different fresh juices to try plus some hot food and the usual cold meat and cheese platters. The pool was nice and warm and the gym area also enjoys the great views with the treadmills and bikes facing outwards. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was great - a double bed in the far end of the room separated off from a pair of single beds in the main area. One slightly confusing aspect is that there is only a wardrobe in the main area but as there were only two of us that wasnt much of a problem. There was a fridge in the room with plenty of reasonably priced cold drinks available. The staff were very attentive and friendly and there is plenty of parking available on site. There is also a restaurant which is also open to non-guests which served great pizza and had an interesting selection of European/Australian and South American wines.

Ótima localização
Hotel fica no morro do elefante com uma vista incrível da cidade. Possui um restaurante muito bom e também lounge para curtir à tarde. O quarto que ficamos não era muito espaçoso, mas era aconchegante e confortável. Agradeço pela mudança de quarto que fizeram, pois estávamos em um que a sacada ficava bem acima da cozinha do restaurante, então ficava com muito barulho.

Fiz a reserva para 5 adultos e precisava incluir mais um adulto já que a viagem era em família. Sugeri ao hotel que nos realocassem em 2 quartos para 3 pessoas cada e pagariam a diferença. Foi nos dito que não havia disponibilidade. Fiz a compra de um novo quarto para mais duas pessoas. No check in fomos encaminhados para o primeiro quarto. Um cheiro INSUPORTÁVEL de mofo. Aliás o hotel se diz pet friendly e não é! Foi dito que não é possível ficar animais nesses quartos internos. Fomos encaminhados para o segundo quarto que eles dizem acomodar 5 pessoas. Um lugar horrível, úmido e que a porta que dá para uma área externa não trancava. Sugeri a troca de quarto porque nas condições apresentadas seria um pesadelo e não dias de descanso. Optamos por 3 quartos na área interna que eram melhores, mas havia a questão do pet que no quarto do mofo abririam uma exceção, porém nesse outro melhor teriam que ver a possibilidade. Perguntei se havia então quartos externos mais arejados mesmo duplos e a surpresa foi que os apresentados eram 2 quartos triplos! Ou seja pessoas despreparadas que só visam o dinheiro e não o conforto dos hospedes. E o principal, NÃO são per friendly! E pagamos quase 400,00 pela hospedagem do pet. Digo isso porque já ficamos em hotéis com essa característica e além de sermos muito bem tratados, o tratamento com o pet é diferenciado. Hidro do quarto não funcionava!

O Hotel tem uma excelente localização (bem próximo ao Morro do Elefante). O atendimento de todos foi excelente e o espaço do hotel é muito bom, principalmente a área da piscina coberta. O café da manhã é ok e o quarto também (nem muito bom nem muito ruim). No geral minha estadia foi muito boa.
