There was a prostitution house down the street and dubious characters wondering at night around the property . Bed were uncomfortable

Limpeza e estrutura do hotel deixou a desejar
No box do banheiro havia marcas de bolor ou sujeira mesmo perto do chão (na verdade o banheiro precisa de reforma), o chuveiro estava frio! a fronha estava rasgando, o cobertor não havia sido lavado, o controle remoto da TV não funcionava. O funcionário veio até o quarto 3 vezes: uma para se certificar que estava quebrado, uma para trazer um novo controle e outra para trazer as pilhas! Falta treinamento para as pessoas do hotel resolverem as coisas com mais eficácia porque numa dessa eu cheguei cansada e não podia tirar a roupa esperando o funcionário resolver a questão da TV. Quando finalmente fui tomar banho a água era fria. Depois que eu reclamei melhorou um pouco mas meu companheiro tomou banho frio. O café da manhã foi ok mas poderia ter mais variedade de frutas... pelo menos um mamão. Não pretendo voltar.

O quarto precisa de uma boa reforma. Aparelho de ar condicionado antigo (de janela) nos quartos o que acaba sendo barulhento. Além disso você escuta o ar condicionado dos vizinhos também a noite toda. O banheiro que tinha no quarto a água do chuveiro era boa porém saía tudo no centro do chuveiro, o estado do banheiro também é mediano precisa de uma repaginada. Espaço externo é bom (Hall, restaurante) então creio que falta investir melhor nos quartos. Por fim uma das coisas que chama a atenção nessas duas vezes que me hospedei no hotel é o atendimento da recepção. Os recepcionistas são muito apáticos, pouco falam ou possuem simpatia. Obviamente eles não são mau educados, mas são muito indifirentes com pouco carisma ou simpatia o que acaba sendo ruim pois estes são a porta de entrada do ambiente (o cartão de visita), e deveriam ser mais simpáticos, prestativos e carismáticos, com certea faria a diferença. No mais tudo OK. A localização é boa e o café da manhã é padrão.

O hotel é bom , a localização não é tão boa , fica próximo do shopping mas não é tão próximo do centro onde tem restaurantes . O quarto tem um tamanho bom porém o banheiro é pequeno , vc não consegue abrir com tranquilidade . As toalhas de banho estavam com aparência de muito usada. Café da manhã com poucas opções . Mas pelo valor atendeu .
