Ao chegar, solicitei a gentileza de um quarto silencioso O atendente não disse que sim e nem que não Meu deu as chaves e pronto. Fiquei no quarto 323. Algum abençoado no 4º andar arrastava móveis o tempo todo, depois percebi que isso era práticsa do Hotel, pois no refeitório, tbm arrastam. Dica, poderiam colar fentro nos pés dos móveis

O Hotel possui instalações simples mas muito limpas e bem cuidadas. Roupa de chama cheirosa, colchão firme, estacionamento com bom acesso e um café da manhã super ok com frutas, pães, bolos gostosos.

O quarto muito pequeno, as malas tiveram que ser abertas no chão atrás da porta de entrada. Banheiro muito pequeno, dificuldade de movimentação. Acústica pessima, até o chuveiro do apartamento de cima escutávamos a água caindo no chão. Muito barulho a noite toda.

Entramos em um quarto bom e bem limpo, porém o chuveiro não esquentava, relatamos à portaria e demoraram quase 2 horas para resolver, mesmo cansados e com fome aguardamos, assim pediram para que a gente fosse para um outro quarto, não vi problema nenhum nisso, a questão era que a cama aparentemente estava com lençóis trocados, mas no banheiro tinha toalha usada pendurada, então ficamos na dúvida se aquele banheiro e quarto estava realmente limpo. No entanto, o café da manhã tinham bastante opções.

O atendimento muito bom. Hotel sinda não tem uma boa estrutura. Por exemplo; no frio não tem aquecimento nos quartos e poucos cobertores. Não tem uma mesinha de apoio no quarto. Tem que por tudo no chão. Só tem o basico; cama Banheiro muito pequeno. Restaurante não estão preparados para muitas refeições, jantar demorou mais de uma hora. Mas tudo bem limpo e arrumado. Para uma peregrinação básica é o suficiente.
