Hotel padrão íbis, mobiliário novo, café da manhã muito bom. Ruim: reserva para casal + criança de 9 anos, apenas uma cama casal pequena, quando reclamamos mandaram um colchão. Não tinham 3 toalhas no banheiro, nem shampoo e condicionador, somente 1 sabonete.

Nao gostei do quarto porque o colchão era muito duro, a cama muito baixa, o banheiro nao tinha box, o quarto adaptado nao foi bom pra nós que não temos deficiencia. Nao fomos informados que o quarto seria assim e pagamos um preco normal.

Esperava mais.
Nunca tinha ficado em Ibis, chegamos de madrugada e o check-in foi bom, mas tinha pedido cama extra, porque tinha feito reserva pra 2 adultos e 1 criança. Pra nossa surpresa o quarto não estava pronto, e ao chegarmos vimos que a cama extra era um colchão no chão. Achei estranho mas não estava nem com energia pra reclamar de tão cansada, enfim meu esposo dormiu no chão e meu filho dormiu na cama comigo. Chegamos com fome e a recepção nos preparou uma lasanha pré-cozida. Quando chegamos a noite do passeio em Aparecida, percebemos que o chão não tinha sido limpo, havia bolinhos de poeira embaixo da cama e ao lado. Café da manhã é bom, preparam ovo frito na hora se você pedir. Voltaria a me hospedar só se pegasse uma promoção.

Sugiro que cada quarto tenha 2 travesseiros por hóspede, infelizmente os travesseiros são muito baixos e foi necessário colocar uma coberta embaixo para a altura ideal para nós. Faltaram toalhas de rosto, sugiro ao menos 1 toalha de rosto por quarto. Um abajur ao lado da cama não estava funcionando. A barra de pendurar toalhas abaixo da pia do banheiro estava parcialmente solta.

Horrível! Reservei um quarto para eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 3 anos. Ao chegar havia apenas uma cama de casal. Fui informado que eu deveria ter pedido uma “cama extra” no momento da reserva. Nunca vi isso antes! Paguei 1 diária para 3 pessoas, nunca precisei indicar no momento da reserva quantas camas precisava ter, até porque me prece óbvio que se são 3 pessoas precisa ter acomodação para 3 pessoas. Como o hotel estava lotado só conseguiram me arrumar um colchão extra. Acabei tendo que dormir em um colchão no chão em um hotel. Lamentável isso! É pra ajudar, havia apenas duas toalhas de banho, deixando claro que o quarto era só para duas pessoas!
