Set only 450 meters from the beach of Sa Rapita and close to Es Trenc, this distinctive chalet for 5 people features a private pool.
After a long day on the beach, enjoy a refreshing bath in the 9m x 3.5m chlorine pool or take an exterior shower. The pool is 1.65m deep. Have a barbecue and have lunch with your family on the porch, enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the two loungers and enjoy the garden. This modern chalet is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This house for 5 people is equipped with ducted air-conditioning and satellite TV. The house was finished in 2014 in a modern and a Mediterranean style that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

There are three double bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double and a bedroom with a bunk bed; both rooms have access to the same en suite bathroom. The lower bed of the bunk bed is only a mattress without slatted frame. All the first floor is an open area with the different sections of the main bedroom of the house: just entering there is a sitting area with balcony equipped with two divans and a TV, on the right side there are the bathroom, the double another balcony with views to the Sailing Club and the sea. On the side of the first floor there is a terrace with a mini bar where you can have a drink with your partner while enjoying the sunset.

The living-dining room, very well decorated, has a dining table with chairs and two comfy sofas, where you will be able to relax watching TV or reading a book. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, vitro and a lot more.

The kids will be able to play in the 100 m2 lawn area outdoors, while you have a drink under the furnished porch. From the kitchen you can access to the back terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, so you can have dinner outside.

Sa Rapita is a beautiful seaside town. Along the coast you will find stunning beaches as Platja de Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc, well known for its crystalline waters and white sand. In Sa Rapita there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Sailing Club, which has a bar with incredible views.

Sa Ràpita belongs to the municipality of Campos (12 km), where you will many services. There is a fruit and vegetable market every Thursday and another local market with any kind of products every Saturday. Don’t miss them!

If you like cities, you cannot miss a visit to Palma! There you will find lots of services, cultural offer and a great variety of shops. Get lost on the tiny street of the Mediterranean Pearl!

Nicht empfehlenswert!!
Über Fewo-direkt gebucht, wird man zu einem spanischen Buchungsportal geleitet, welches auch für die Zahlungen und weitere Kommunikation wie z.B. auch Beschwerden zuständig ist. Die Immobilie ist seit Erbauung nicht mehr renoviert worden, geschweige denn dass kaputte Dinge repariert worden. Sie befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet mit minimalem Blick aufs Meer, direkten Nachbarn und Baustellen rundherum. Wir waren im Juni 2021 vor Ort und durften uns eine Woche lang am baulärm des Nachbargrundstücks erfreuen sowie am partylärm des anderen Nachbargrundstücks bis 3 Uhr nachts. Parken vor Ort ist kostenpflichtig, nicht wie angegeben umsonst. Wir haben uns am 2. Tag direkt bei der Agentur beschwert über die Zustände des Hauses, den Dreck sowie den baulärm. Das Ergebnis war eine Email in der uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies laut Vermieter nicht stimmen würde. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde dann als Konsequenz unser Pool auch nicht mehr wie besprochen gereinigt. Auf eine weitere Mail wurde seitens Homerti ( das Portal an das man weitergeleitet wird) nicht mehr reagiert. Bei Abreise kam der Vermieter schon garnicht mehr selber sondern schickte eine Frau vorbei, welche gezielt auf eine defekte Türe zulief, diese bemängelte und unsere Kaution einbehalten wollte. Wir hatten am anreisetag alle Schäden auf Fotos und Videos festgehalten. Unter Androhung der Polizei erhielten wir unsere Kaution zurück. Wir können nur jedem davon abraten diese Immobilie anzumieten!!! Leider haben wir uns auch von den Fotos und den paar guten Rezensionen blenden lassen. Man erhält keinerlei Unterstützung von der Agentur und der Vermieter ist nur darauf aus schnelles Geld zu machen. Unser nächster Weg geht jetzt zum Anwalt um uns eine Entschädigung zu erklagen.

Rostige Badeinrichtung, Schimmel, Risse in der Fassade. Keine richtige Eingangstür, nur über sehr schwerlaufende Schiebetüren zugänglich. usw....

Baustellen! Baustellen!Baustellen!
Wer angrenzende Baustellen mit gaffenden Bauarbeitern, riesige Baukräne, Betonmischer, Bohrmaschinen, Presslufthämmer und Planierraupen mag, wird diese Location lieben. Und das alles Montag bis Samstag von 7.30 bis 17.30 Uhr ohne Aufpreis. Der freundliche Eigentümer versichert ihnen auch, dass alle Baustellen ordnungsgemäß angemeldet sind und man daher nichts machen kann. Von der Agentur (Homerti - "Von nun an sind wir für Sie da und geben unser Bestes") kam außer "wann sind sie nicht im Haus.."; "wann reisen sie ab.." nichts, ein kompletter Ausfall. Uns wurde weder eine andere Unterkunt noch ein Nachlass angeboten. Für den verlangten und bezahlten Preis ist das unter diesen Umständen der blanke Hohn und wenn ich mir die Umgebung ansehe, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass sich die Situation in absehbarer Zeit ändern wird. Gäbe es eine Minusbewertung würde ich die hier vergeben. Es gibt aber auch Positives zu berichten: Das Haus ist wirklich schön, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein, zwei Palmen oder Zitronenbäume im Garten würden dem Ganzen noch etwas mehr Charme verleihen. Ohne Baustellen wäre das Objekt eine absolute Empfehlung, so wi aktuell aber eine Katastrophe.
