O check-in foi muito demorado comuma única atendente. O café da manhã possui certa fartura, mas com muitos farináceos, abrindo mão da culinária regional. Quarto confortável com medidas razoáveis. Com exceção do banheiro que está com a porta ragendo e a sua abertura completa esbarra na porta do box. A janela de vidro duplo está rachada, permitindo transferencia de calor e ruído. Os funcionários são simpáticos, mas o gerente não te um controle da qualidade. As toalhas mesmo no chão só foram trocadas com a minha intervenção. O lençol de cama não foi trocado durante os quatro dias de hospedagem e possuía um risco de caneta, que deveria ser constatado pela serviço de arrumação A ISO 9001 é antiga, mas eficiente. Não vi nenhuma alusão a essa norma nos cartazes da recepção, que possui um carregador de malas, mas nos quatro dias que passei no hotel não vi a sua movimentação, com uma capa de proteção, indicando que não é usada faz tempo. Característica da falta de um sistema de controle da qualidade. Por ser praticamente o prumeiro hotel na entrada da cidade, há um grande número de hóspedes todos os dias, mas a burocracia do check-in faz fila na recepção de maneira que você fica repetindo dados que já estavam na sua reserva. Repito isso é falta de um sistema de controle da qualidade. O acesso ao shopping possui um fechadura eletrônica pelo lado do hotel e do shopping. A do hotel não funciona e é preciso enfiar as mãos pela grade para acionar a fechadura do shopping. Lastimável.
